Delivery terms

The applicable Incoterm, origin, destination, carrier, and responsibility for freight, insurance, duties, and customs clearance are confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.

Packing

Export cartons, protective wrapping, labels, private-label packaging, trays, and special packing requirements must be agreed before production or dispatch.

Lead time

Lead time begins after order confirmation, payment conditions, specifications, artwork, and samples are approved. Delays in approvals may move the dispatch date.

Inspection and claims

Buyers should inspect shipments promptly and report visible shortages, damage, or specification concerns with supporting evidence within the agreed claim period.
